Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery typically ranges from 3-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping options are available at checkout with delivery typically ranging from 1-3 business days.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • Tracking Information: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Clemē Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier for assistance.

Shipping Restrictions

  • International Shipping: We do not currently ship internationally.
  • P.O. Boxes: We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
  • APO/FPO Addresses: We are unable to ship to APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Delivery Issues

  • Incorrect Address: Ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. Clemē Beauty is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
