15-Day Return Policy

You have 15 days from the day you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, with the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at info@cleme.co. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
